MEDITATION

As Swami Vivekananda said “concentration is the essence of all knowledge”. This concentration can only be increased through meditation. It is an ancient practice with a rich history in India. Meditation has a great impact on students' life. It can improve their memory power, increase focus, reduce anxiety and also retain their peace of mind. Considering this a 'Body Scan' meditation session was organized at school which is a special form of mindful meditation that is extremely beneficial for the innocent minds. It was arranged by our PT teachers Pradyut Baran Das sir and Debopriya Roy ma'am under the supervision of our Principal Sir, Mr. Soumitra Mallik.
