Independence Day Celebration

The 77thIndependence Day was celebrated by the students, teachers and staff of STEM World School with great enthusiasm, creativity and joy. The School was decked with balloons, drawings, and various other decorations by the students. We were honoured by the presence of Professor Smarajit Bose, professor of Applied Statistics at Indian Statistical Institute, Dr Brotati Chakraborty, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Education, Adamas University, as Guests of Honour, and Mrs Debika Bhakat, the Director of our School. After the display of a wonderful March Past by the students of Classes 6 – 11, the National Flag was hoisted by the Guests of Honour, along with our respected Principal and other dignitaries, in the middle landscape of the School. Cultural programmes on the theme of Independence Day comprising patriotic songs, dances and dramas were presented by the students of various classes across the School, to celebrate the occasion. Students who have excelled in various co-curricular activities were awarded with certificates by the honourable guests present at the function. Jai Hind
