Dussehra Celebration Classes 1 - 5

Dussehra is an important Hindu festival that is celebrated in India. The festival is a celebration for the victory of Lord Ram over the demon Ravana in the Hindu epic, Ramayana. Dussehra, in simple terms, signifies the victory of good over evil. To keep the holiday spirit alive, STEM World School celebrated Dussehra festival on October 16th for the kids of classes 1 to 5. Children learned about the significance of the Dussehra celebration through a variety of performances like dance, songs, drama etc. Students were told the reason behind why we celebrate Dussehra festival. The students were highly praised by all for their diligence and innovation.
