Best Out of Waste for Classes 1 - 2

Our children live in an age where things are discarded without a second thought, only to buy and accumulate more than we often need. With the environmental crisis our world is facing, it's time to make an effort to change this. “The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.” - Robert Swan To encourage our students towards upcycling and recycling and to make them understand about sustainability, our students of classes I and II at STEM WORLD SCHOOL have participated in the “Best Out of Waste“ activity on 3rd November’23. They have prepared very creative and innovative models and items from different waste materials. They used reusable and recyclable materials like news papers, shoe boxes, plastic bottles and much more. From these items, they created beautiful show pieces and useful items. This activity was created to make our future generation understands the value of each thing in life. They learnt to reduce, reuse and recycle the waste generated at home and to protect the environment.
