Independence Day Celebration 1 – 12 (2024)

Event: 78th Independence Day Celebration at STEM World School Date: 15th August, 2024. Time: 9am to 12pm Venue: STEM World School, Barrackpore On August 15, 2024, STEM World School, celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm. The event began with the felicitation of our honourable guests 1. Our hon’ble chairperson Smt. Sheetal Dugar, she is also the Director of RDB foundation as well as President of Jain International Women’s Organisation. 2. Dr Anindita Das, Dean Administration and Student Affairs, Regent Education and Research Foundation 3. Mr Protap Mukherjee- Sr. Managing Director, Partner and Management Committee Member of the Asia /Gulf Cooperation Council Chapter of East West Private Wealth of the Milltrust International Group, along with his family 4. Mr. Rajeev Kumar, former Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), and Zonal Inspector General (IG) for Ranchi and Bokaro zones. Former Chief Vigilance Officer at the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in New Delhi. Former Director General of Police (DGP) for Jharkhand, and Former Chairman of the Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation. Additionally, he was the Director General of Homeguard and Fire Services, Currently, he is the Chairman of RDB Realty & Infrastructure Ltd. (RDBRIL) 5. Mr Rana Pratap Singh, CEO of Career & Courses 6. Hon’ble Director of our school, Mrs Devika Bhakat. The celebration began with the hoisting of the national flag by our honourable guests and our principal, followed by the singing of the national anthem. The tricolor fluttered proudly as students, teachers, and parents gathered to honour the occasion and renew their pledge to uphold the values that make our nation great. The honourable guests delivered enlightening speeches that emphasized the importance of upholding the values of freedom and unity. The celebration Included cultural performances, with students showcasing patriotic songs, dances, and dramas that highlighted India’s struggle for independence and the importance of unity and acceptance. The celebration was a commendable success, instilling a deep appreciation for the freedoms we enjoy today.
