Investiture Ceremony 2024

“Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” —John F. Kennedy The Investiture Ceremony of the Prefectorial Body of STEM World School for the academic session 2024-25 was held with high degree of earnestness and passion on Tuesday, 13.08.2024 in the school Auditorium. The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest. It commenced with a short speech. Then it was the time to announce the names of the flag bearers. • Jayati Mahanty of 12 S was selected the School’s Captainship, • Shawani Bhadra 12 C was selected the School’s Vice- captainship, • Raktima Ghosh of 11 H was selected the Captainship of Aryabhata House, • Natasha Agarwal of 9B and Shanaya Chakraborty of 9A were selected the position of Prefects of Aryabhata House, • Debayan Karmakar of 11 S was selected the Captainship of Bhabha House, • Aditi Subhramunian of 9A and Anjana Nayak of 9B were selected the position of Prefects of Bhabha House, • Protistha Chakraborty of 12 H was selected the Captainship of Ramanujan House, • Ali Roy of 10 A and Sinjini Jyoti of 9B were selected the position of Prefects of Ramanujan House • Samriddhi Pal of 12 C was selected the Captainship of Vivekananda House • Moupriya Mandal of 10 A and Jyoti Jana of 9 A were selected as the Prefects of Vivekananda House. The elected Leaders were decorated with badges and sashes by our Honourable Principal, Headmistress Ma’am and the respective House Parents and Assistant House Parents. The Prefect Body then took a solemn oath to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. Our Principal Sir congratulated them and our Headmistress Ma’am delivered a speech to motivate our newly elected council members. The function concluded with the National Anthem followed by an enlightening speech on gratefulness, positivity as well as a vote of thanks by our Honourable Principal.
