Joy of Giving (2024)

"On September 6th, 2024, Stem World School celebrated Joy of Giving Day, a heartwarming event that brought together students from Playgroup (PG) to Kindergarten (KG) and Classes 1 & 2. The theme of the celebration, 'Joy of Giving: Sharing with Others Brings Happiness,' aimed to instill the value of generosity and kindness in our young learners. The students of grades 1 and 2 shared pencils, erasers, and cakes with their younger peers from PG to KG, fostering a sense of sharing and generosity. The children of Class 1 and 2 were thrilled to share their gifts with their younger peers, who were equally delighted to receive them. The celebration, held in Hall 1, aimed to instill in the students the value of giving and sharing with others. By experiencing the joy of giving, the children learned that selfless acts can bring happiness not only to the recipients but also to themselves. Joy of Giving Day is celebrated to remind us that true happiness comes from giving, sharing, and caring for others. In today's world, where individualism and materialism often prevail, this day serves as a gentle reminder of the importance of kindness, empathy, and compassion. By promoting this value, we hope to nurture empathetic and compassionate individuals who will make a positive difference in the world. At Stem World School, we believe that by teaching our children the joy of giving, we are shaping a brighter future for our society. We hope that this celebration will inspire our students to continue spreading kindness and generosity throughout the year."
